Live Cases for Level 2 Associates
This level is essential for anyone who is serious about learning consulting. It is the essential step after Level 1 to get the full benefit of thinking, acting and performing like a consultant. Suitable for anyone aspiring for junior consultant, research analyst, sales support, business development, and customer support job. As a part of Level 2 “Foundation Level” certification we require participants to undertake consulting projects with us. The concepts, tools and methodologies taught in Level 1 are put in practice. Teams of 3 to 5 Level 1 associates are created and a project is assigned. The types of projects our past participants have done are listed here (Projects). The stages in these projects involve analysis of the issue, creating a research strategy, doing primary and secondary research, analysis & synthesis to create recommendations.
Live Projects for Level 3 Professionals
This program is suitable for those who want to be full time consultants, entrepreneurs, solo practitioners and freelancers. To qualify for Level 3 Professional, completion of Level 2 is essential. In this program, participants will engage in a team lead role for a live case. Team leading capabilities, project management, quality control and client handling skills are assessed. The final judgment is determined by client’s assessment of the participant. Qualified Level 3 Professionals can work on ZENeSYS engagements as paid consultants.
