Learn a consulting methodology that has been developed and perfected by ZENeSYS over a decade through consulting and teaching in global markets. In this online training module, we teach a structured methodology for problem solving, researching, analyzing and solution development. These self-paced interactive sessions offer unique content developed by the founders who have delivered more than 100 engagements around the world. We offer lots of practical examples and concepts that cannot be found anywhere in courses, academia or even books.

This is the best and most unique part of our certification program. We give you the opportunity to apply the methodology you learned on a live case. Participants will engage in web-meetings with teammates and clients in a live project. Experiencing the power of the tools you learned, the challenge of meeting deadlines, working in teams, and maintaining high standards are the biggest learning experiences at this level. ZENeSYS will issue a certificate of accomplishment to those who complete the assignment to client expectations. In most cases clients have even provided our participants with a letter of appreciation.
Joining our Professional Network
Certified consultants are invited to work on a live project with a fee paying client. If the client is satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work you deliver, we will include you in our professional network. This makes you eligible for paid consulting work in our future projects. The fee/compensation depends on the duration and complexity of the project. Overview of Certification Course Modules
There are six meticulously designed modules in our training system. We have incorporated our own experiences, industry best practices and feedback received from numerous onsite and online training sessions over time. Each module contains automated slide shows with audio narration. The modules can be completed in 30 to 45 minutes. There are several practical examples to illustrate important concepts in consulting. Candidates are encouraged to engage in our interactive forums and attend live webinars for clarifications throughout the curriculum. For each module, there is a thought provoking quiz designed to drive home the applicability of the tools and methods we teach.
