Certification Overview
Associate Level 1
Start: Anytime
Cost: $ 75
Time to complete: 4 weeks
Suitable for anyone who is in a client facing job. We teach a structured methodology for problem solving, researching, analyzing and solution development. These self-paced modules with interactive web sessions offer unique content developed by the founders who have delivered more than 100 engagements around the world. We offer lots of practical examples and concepts that cannot be found anywhere in courses or even books. An “Associate Level” certificate will be issued on completion.
Foundation Level 2
Start: After Level 1
Cost: $ 125
Time to complete: 4 weeks
The only way to fully appreciate our powerful problem solving and solution development tools is by applying them to a live case. Participants will engage in web-meetings with teammates and clients in a live case. Experiencing the power of our tools, meeting deadlines, working in teams, and maintaining high standards are the biggest learning experiences at this level. A client endorsed “Foundation Level” certificate will be issued those who complete the assignment to client expectations.
Professional Level 3
Start: After Level 2
Cost: $ free
Time to complete: 4 weeks
Suitable for freelancers and professionals who are interested in consulting as a full time career. In this level, participants have to lead a team of researchers on a live case. In order to qualify for Level 3, set of quality standards on timeliness, practicality of recommendations and professionalism needs to be met. The final assessment is done by our client. Once qualified to Level 3, professionals get paid on assignments sourced through ZENeSYS.
Level 1 Overview
Associate Level 1 Modules
There are six meticulously designed modules in our training system. We have incorporated our own experiences, industry best practices and feedback received from numerous onsite and online training sessions over time. Each module contains automated slide shows with audio narration. The modules can be completed in 30 to 45 minutes. There are several practical examples to illustrate important concepts in consulting. Candidates are encouraged to engage in our interactive forums and attend live webinars for clarifications throughout the curriculum. For each module, there is a thought provoking quiz designed to drive home the applicability of the tools and methods we teach.
