Free Insight Reports

With a free membership, our clients can receive all our past insights and recommendations on various topics completely free of charge. The only client commitment is feedback on the reports downloaded. This is very valuable to us for rating the quality of our work.

Once our clients have downloaded a report, there will be a rating button and space for comments. We will also follow up with an email to solicit feedback.

For a very small fee (currently $50), we will take requests for studies done in any requested subject. Two short one-hour interviews will be requested to understand requirements and objectives of the study. The report will be delivered in six to eight weeks time and will be publicly available in our library.

Engagement Model

At ZENeSYS we have mastered the art of providing consulting services online. With just three web meetings we can deliver research and advisory service in a span of just six weeks. Our Consulting process is described below:

1. First Meeting – Problem Definition A kick off meeting to understand your business issue. Usually a one-hour web conference meeting is sufficient for us to prepare a brief.

2. Second Meeting – Validating our situation analysis: By using our Initial Hypothesis approach we will create a series of assumptions based on preliminary research on how your objectives could be met. We will present this for further discussion in our second meeting to refine and focus the scope of work.

3. Third Meeting – Validating our focus: Our draft report comes out in just 4 weeks. We consistently deliver 60% of our deliverables to your satisfaction at this stage. The 40% “refinement” is done based on feedback received from you at this stage.

4. Final Report - In the sixth week, we will present a final report that will provide an analysis of your issues, some benchmark data and a set of recommendations that can be implemented right away.
